Raa is a blue lion cub opponent in the Battle Arena. Formerly available from the March 2006 Account Upgrades, his Trading Card is purchasable from Rapunzel's Tower for 10,000,000BP. Once you collect his Trading Card, you can go directly to the Battle Arena to battle him.
