Description: The Quell is a Limited Edition otter pet that is mainly obtainable from Account Upgrades and Smuggling at 1,000 Dukka Coins.
List of Account Upgrades: Ever since its first appearance, the Quell has since been re-released for the August 2006 Fat & Robot, October 2007 Nefarious, May 2009 Anime & Sparkle, June 2012 Underwater, December 2014 Tundra, June 2019 Musical, and December 2022 Poison AU Sets.
Revamp: To 8th May 2016, the pet was overhauled completely, giving it proper fur, more appealing eyes, more otter-like hind legs, and a more balanced and slender build. To celebrate this pet's revamp, random Quell Makers went on sale a month later in the Account Upgrades Shop.

Official Description: The Quell loves rivers and is often found making dams in the Maradan reservoirs, unfortunately halting the water supply.

Trivia: The old Error Quell was a part of Ancient Marapets' Report a Glitch Event.
