Description: Introduced in the March 2006 Account Upgrades, the Ercuw is a classic Limited Edition dragon pet that is highly sought out by many Maradans due to its rarity.
List of Account Upgrades: Since its introduction, the Ercuw has since been released in the Sep 2008 Fire Fairy/Geek (now Fancy), Jan 2009 Space Fairy/Vortex (now Tornado), Jun 2012 Underwater, Nov 2013 Frostfire, Mar 2015 Swamp, Mar 2016 Skater, Mar 2017 Rainbow, Aug 2019 Light, Jul 2019 Old, Apr 2021 Stone Age, and Dec 2022 Tundra Account Upgrades.
Revamp (25th January 2017): At the cost of the Ercuw's ears getting bigger, they lost their wireframes (while also making its seadragon parallels more subtle). Unlike the older Ercuw's inquisitive yet sleek look, its newer version has more of an eager expression akin to the Dakota. However, its claws now match its reptilian appearance, and its wings went into a consistent flapping position.

Official Description: These little dragons can be found in caves, practicing their fire breathing techniques.

Trivia: The Purple Ercuw was modified shortly after the pet's official revamp to have Spyro's colour scheme.
